  Coffee not to my taste. Standard salt on chips is too salty for my taste otherwise prompt service. Temperature variations of food from burger to burger can be disappointing.

  Normally would leave it.. But OMG..this place has gone to the pack.....The wrong burgers were made - and then they couldn't even be bothered to bring them to our table after waiting nearly 10 mins for them to be replaced.. the girl that served us was a sour angry thing. If you don't want to serve the public with a smile then don't work in the role.. bloody cow.!!

  Classic angus meal. Chips were chewy. Burger was warm no mayo on it. Coke was flat and no ice and the ice cream machine wasnt working

  Went there after clubbing knowing it’s 24 hours open and was disappointed to hear that they couldn’t make anything at all not even a drink or chip as they were (cleaning everything)

  Ordered a grill masters burger. Patty was unusually dry. Way too much sauce and was missing lettuce entirely. As the premium burger you expect a higher standard of quality which i did not get.
