    Appalling customer service.. Choose a different phone provider! Chirnside park staff need to be trained on how to deal with customers properly and not be so rude.

    Best customer service i have had was treated with respect and found the staff there very helpful.. i had to go back with a problem with my phone they were patient and fixed the problem for me couldn't ask for any better service than that VERY HAPPY

    As someone who works in sales I found the transaction extremely unsatisfactory. I have now signed up with Telstra after 10yrs of being an Optus Customer.

    Came in today and dealt with "Russel". For someone in sales he has terrible raport. Zero idea of what he sales, without any knowlegde of phone plans. Had zero idea of stock, telling us halfway through a transaction that the phone I was signing up on wasnt even in stock. He then told us the possiblity of stock arriving wasnt even a given, whilst still trying to sign us up.

    new customer tried to call.. got stupid recorded message that told me to go online and look..HOW ABOUT YOU ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONE... no wonder your shop is empty at chirnside.
