  Late last year we bought a Samsung TV from Nunawading GoodGuys. We had no internet at home yet and we needed to update the Smart TV (at the time we didn't know this and thought the TV was faulty as we could not do anything with the remote control other than turn the Tv on/off) so we bought it to our local GoodGuys Chirnside and they refused any service or troubleshooting and said we needed to take it to the place of purchase. That was just plain lazy as chains should be able to help regardless of which store we purchased it from. So we went to Nunawading and they spent all night using their WIFI to update it and we had the TV ready to go that night!!!! They went way beyond their call of duty to help us when they didn't need to update it - we were happy with just the solution! We were so angry and disappointed in Chirnside GoodGuys as the lady manning the register didn't bother to even look at us when speaking to us and kept insisting that there was nothing they could do. When I spoke to Goodguys central, they said all stores should be able to help regardless of what it is. Well thanks for making us drive 25 mins to get help when you could have done it Chirnside. Bad service!

  We dealt with Tobias at the Chirnside park store last weekend . He was outstanding to deal with , great product knowledge when it came to Air conditioning models . We ended up buying from him , he worked out a great packaged deal for us . Would recommend everyone to go to this store . They definitely value your business.
