  She then asked me what I plan on doing on my PC . I said only some stuff on internet maybe bit on word. She then Demanded , Yes demanded 3 times, what I planned on using the PC for. At this point, she made me feel very uncomfortable and at which point I walked out. I got the same PC at JB Hifi Chirnside Park $100 cheaper with exact same specs.

  I had 4 staff come up to me in the space of 5 mins which was good. But it went down hill from there. As soon as I asked about two brands, which where on the cheaper side (to my budget) she displayed her unenthusiastic opinion.

  If there's one thing I hate more than shopping, it's computers. HN made getting a new laptop bearable, affordable, and non-regrettable. The technical after-service was nothing short of brilliant. Thanks heaps, Matt.

  I asked her the difference between the models on display and the ones JB had for sale. She told me JB Hifi had an low quality version. And that Harvey Norman only invest in the best. (JB advertisement had the same picture and specs.
